3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
Beat up eggs with an electric whisk in bowl, make sure to add the vanilla extract.
Heat the pan at low on the stove top.
Add gluten-free flour, milk, yogurt, sugar, baking powder, and salt onto your bowl and mix in either with spatula or whisk.
Now your mix is ready to start making some pancakes!
These are perfect for your breakfast throughout the whole week because once made you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge and just heat them up whenever you want to eat.
You could also substitute the flour for any other flour that meets your needs. However if you make these with normal flour, it takes out the healthy side of the recipe.
