In a bowl add the melted coconut oil (if its hardened go ahead and melt it in the microwave).
Add all the cocoa and 2 tbsps of the sweetener of choice into the same container with the coconut oil and mix well until everything is combined.
Once mixed you can try it to see if you like the sweetness of it, if you wish to add more sweetener, go ahead.
You can also choose to add vanilla extract to help with the sweetness and combination of flavors.
Once you have found the right flavor that you like, you can go ahead and either line a tray or plate with parchment paper or you can use silicone molds.
Fill in the silicone molds or pour it onto the lined tray or plate and spread it evenly as if doing a layer of chocolate. Read notes for more help if your struggling with this.
Once all of it is on the silicone, tray or plate you can add toppings like sea salt, caramel, or even nuts. Be creative!
Put the tray, plate or silicone mold into the freezer and let it freeze for about 12 hours to make sure its really frozen.
You will notice it will begin to harden quickly, however you can choose to eat it once you feel its hardened enough but make sure to store in the freezer always.
1/3 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp Hershey's Cocoa 100% cacao natural unsweetened
3 tbsp alternative sweetner (ex: panela, or during diets: monk fruit)
Vanilla extract
Any other toppings you would like to add to your chocolate. There are no limits!
Store in freezer
Silicone molds, this is way easier for making it, however:
Make sure to check that the silicone mold is flexible enough to take out the chocolates once frozen.
If you are struggling because it might be too wobbly put it on a tray or plate to give it stability when you put it in the freezer.
Lined tray or plate, (This might involve more delicate management):
Since the liquid chocolate is going to be placed on the lined parchment paper the possibility of it dripping is higher so I'd recommend leaving the chocolate on a thick consistency.
To reach a thick consistency add more sugar or cocoa powder.
To reach a more runny consistency add more vanilla extract.
