1 tbsp instant espresso coffee powder
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (monkfruit)
1 tbsp boiling water
3/4-1 cup milk of choice
Boil water.
In a Pyrex measuring cup add the instant coffee powder and sweetener of choice.
Add boiling water into the measuring cup.
With an electric whisk beat until it fluffs up.
Once fluffed up, its it ready to add to your drink!
Serve about 3/4 - 1 cup of milk in a glass and with a spatula add the whipped coffee on top.
Enjoy! Use a spoon to blend in the whipped coffee into the milk as you drink!
