1 cup oat flour
1 cup oats
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate-chips
1 cup yogurt/greek yogurt/buttermilk
1/2 cup olive oil/coconut oil
2 tsps vanilla extract
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven at 350 F and cover the tray you will be using with butter/oil/non-stick spray
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract for about 10 min
Then, add sugar, oil, honey, yogurt/greek yogurt/buttermilk, and bananas until well combined
Little by little start adding in the dry ingredients: oat flour, oats, baking powder, and salt
Finally, once all the mixture is well combined add in the chocolate chips and any other add-ins and mix by hand.
Pour the batter into the tray and put in oven for about 30-40 mins
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before storing.
